RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PHILANDERER™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must:
- Be unworn
- Be unwashed
- Be free of stains, odors, and damage
- Include original tags and packaging
- Include proof of purchase
PHILANDERER™ reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance items
- Sale items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Customized products
- Personalized products
- Limited-edition releases
- Promotional giveaway items
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes
- Different colors (subject to inventory availability)
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
PHILANDERER™ will review the claim and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
PHILANDERER™ is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive notification regarding approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes:
- 3–5 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your financial institution
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
STORE CREDIT
PHILANDERER™ may offer store credit in lieu of a refund in certain circumstances.
Store credits:
- Do not expire
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Are non-transferable
RETURN FRAUD
PHILANDERER™ reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges where abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation is suspected.
CHARGEBACKS
Customers are encouraged to contact PHILANDERER™ before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and denial of future purchases.
