ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on:

  • Saturdays
  • Sundays
  • Federal Holidays

During product launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


SHIPPING METHODS

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

PHILANDERER™ is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Undeliverable addresses

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

PHILANDERER™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Customers should:

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the shipping carrier

Claims for lost packages must be submitted directly to the carrier.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters
  • Peak holiday demand

PHILANDERER™ is not liable for delays beyond our control.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Brokerage fees
  • Other governmental charges

These fees are not included in product pricing or shipping costs.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and products immediately.
  2. Contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting photos.

We will review each claim individually and determine the appropriate resolution.
